The Ewing Township Historic Preservation Society will host its First Annual Historic House Hunt on Sunday, June 11. Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 are invited to participate based on the local history curriculum that is presented during these school years. Participants are encouraged to pre-register to have a longer period of time to search for houses in the township on June 11th. Check-in and onsite registration will be from 1:30-2:00 pm. Students and parents will answer questions about 18 historic sites in the township as they drive around the area. Upon their return to the Benjamin Temple House they will be encouraged to find items in a few geo-caches in the Drake Park that surrounds the house. Prizes will be awarded to those students who correctly answer the most questions. For more information click here.
