Guided House Tours at The Metlar-Bodine House Museum

Advance registration is recommended for the guided tours of the circa 1728 Metlar-Bodine House Museum, Piscataway Township’s official historical and cultural museum. One of the nation’s oldest communities, Piscataway celebrated its 350th birthday in 2016. Located in one of the nation’s busiest transportation corridors, the State and National Registered Historic Site and its collection of Central New Jersey artifacts tell the story of how transportation affected the community’s economic and social development. Discover how, why and exactly where in Piscataway our nation’s July 4th celebration got its start – you’ll be AMAZED by the story!
