Revolutionary Tea: An 18th Century Tea Experience at the Brigantine Branch Library

In celebration of Women’s History Month, we find out why tea was so important in the lives of the 18th century people to make them go to war. Through discussion and demonstration led by a costumed scholar, participants can find out about tea lore, through history, songs and poetry. This program is provided by the New Jersey Council for the Humanities Public Scholars Project. Open to all ages. Registration requested.
