Trenton, NJ- Crossroads of the American Revolution is pleased to announce the return of its in-person Heritage Partner Workshops! The first workshop will take place on June 28, 2023 at East Jersey Old Town Village. This workshop will focus on different strategies for public engagement including community outreach, youth educational programing, working with costumed interpreters and reenactors, creating public programs from grant-funded research, and incorporating RevolutionNJ’s key themes for the 250th anniversary into your site’s interpretation. Guest speakers include Marc Lorenc (New Jersey Historical Commission), Michelle Doherty (Old Barracks Museum), Dr. Jennifer Janofsky (Red Bank Battlefield), Matthew Stroh (East Jersey Old Town Village), and Tyler Putman (Museum of the American Revolution).
