WASHINGTON CROSSING HISTORIC PARK

The Visitor Center at Washington Crossing giftshop includes unique holiday gifts for the history buff in your life, alongside a selection of toys, mugs, apparel, postcards, books, and more. Some of their holiday features include figurines designed by Byer’s Choice and commissoned by The Friends of Washington Crossing, sold in the Museum store.   The first is General George Washington, this design features a younger Washington with auburn hair, clad in a woolen cloak and carrying a map of Trenton, NJ. The other Byer’s Choice figurines available are the sailors of  Marblehead, Massachusetts, the professional rowers who made the Crossing of the icy Delaware possible.  These Carolers are only available for purchase at the Museum Shop in Washington Crossing Historic Park, PA.

The “Victory or Death” T shirt was designed locally by Philip Marc Sons of Liberty. This signature T shirt utilizes General Washington’s chosen pass code “Victory of Death” for his sentries, as they guarded the crossing of the Delaware into New Jersey on Christmas night, 1776.

The Washington Crossing Historic Park 3-D ornament can be purchased from the Museum Store.  This iconic painting by Emanuel Leutze has become a familiar symbol of the event that occurred December 25, 1776.  The ornament is enamel painted red, white, blue and silver and comes packaged in a blue velvet lined box.

Open every day, 10AM-4:30PM.
