Heritage Partner Workshop

This workshop will feature a panel with the staff of the Old Barracks Museum, moderated by Mark A. Turdo has helped organize some of the largest Revolutionary War reenactments, appeared in a number of documentaries, and was a military consultant for the movie The Patriot. He has worked at the Museum of the American Revolution, the Peter Wentz Farmstead, and the Andover Historical Society. Additional presentations include developing low-cost pop-up exhibits by Crossroads Heritage Partner Program Manager Laura Foley, plus a session on how to market historic sites through low or no cost outlets and social media led by Mike Keeler of quickSilver advertising. Keeler has 25 years’ of experience on Madison Avenue (M&M’s, UPS, Pepsico) and locally (Bristol Myers Squibb) and is the Communications lead for RevolutionNJ.
