2019 Spring Open House and Re-enactment Weekend at the Gabreil Daveis Tavern

Weekend full of activities!! Come join Gloucester Township Historic & Scenic Preservation Committee on April 27th and 28th for the opening of their tour season and Revolutionary Weekend at the Gabreil Daveis Tavern! Hours will be Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm; this is a rain or shine event. Admission is free; $1 tickets are available for throwing tomahawks, shooting a primitive bow and arrow, and firing a flintlock rifle. Living history demonstrations include blacksmithing, beading, campfire cooking, wool spinning, weaving, musket building, colonial children’s games, and children’s minutemen drills. Tour the 1756 Gabreil Daveis Tavern Museum House!!!
