On Thursday, July 4th at 12 Noon, Proprietary House will host an Independence Day open house reception. Brief comments by local dignitaries. Light refreshments. Gift Shop. Followed by a patriotic procession, departing from Proprietary House at 12:45 PM, to City Hall Circle for the City of Perth Amboy’s official Independence Day Ceremonies, which commence at 1 PM.
