If you are a history lover, need to get the kids out of the house, or just have an inquisitive mind – come visit historic Batsto Village on the first Saturday of every month to join along on a village walking tour.
On the tour you will learn about the natural resources, buildings, and people that made Batsto a thriving 19th-century industrial town.
Tours begin at 11 a.m., meet at the ore boat and bog ore pile behind the visitor center.
Tour lasts on average 1 ½ hours. Limiting to twenty guests. We ask that visitors sign in at the rear service window at the visitor center.
Future tour dates: August 7th, September 4th, and October 2nd.
