On February 14, 2020, Rutgers University Special Collections and University Archives (SC/UA) will host its inaugural Research Salon, featuring a presentation by Maxine N. Lurie, professor emerita at Seton Hall University.

In her talk, titled “Working on New Jersey and the American Revolution at Rutgers Special Collections and University Archives,” Lurie will demonstrate how and why materials she found at SC/UA have changed the planned content of her book, Taking Sides in Revolutionary New Jersey: Caught in the Crossfire, which will be published by the Rutgers University Press.

The program will take place in the Clifford Case Room at Special Collections and University Archives on the lower level of the Alexander Library at 169 College Avenue in New Brunswick from 1 to 2:30 pm. A light lunch will be served.
