Be sure to catch The SJC Color Guard
Make sure to arrive by 12:30 AM to park and catch the SJC Color Guard, who will present and retire colors. The events Opening Ceremony begins at 1 PM with the Guard accompanied by fife and drum music for the Commemoration of the Battle of Petticoat Bridge and Iron Works Hill, which took place here in the townships of Mansfield, Springfield, and Mount Holly on December 21-23, 1776. After the ceremony, if possible, the Guard will stay and mingle with the crowd to emphasize the Revolutionary War theme.
