This week’s featured heritage partner is the Historical Society of Moorestown. This totally volunteer organization works to preserve and share the history of Moorestown Township, Burlington County, New Jersey, and to provide opportunities for the community to learn about the past and further understand and appreciate the history of Moorestown and the surrounding area.
A distinctive way to show your support for the Historical Society is to purchase an engraved brick in our (soon to be constructed) Pathway to History. The Pathway will be a great way to commemorate a special occasion or a special person and serve as a memento for future generations. Connecting the TD Bank parking lot to the Smith-Cadbury grounds, the Pathway will provide convenient access to the Smith-Cadbury Mansion for those who find the steps from High Street difficult to manage. The plan includes a beautiful promenade and an updated restroom on the first floor.
