Laura Szwak

Laura Szwak has been on the Board of the Crossroads of the American Revolution Association since 2013.  She was recruited as a board member to help preserve lands relevant to the Revolutionary War because of her experience in the land conservation field.  Laura served as Director of Outreach and Education with New Jersey Conservation Foundation for 14 years, retiring in January 2020.  Her conservation career included working with the National Park Service, Morris Land Conservancy, and NJ Highlands Council.  In addition to the Crossroads Board, she currently serves on the boards of Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority, Morris County Open Space Committee, Association of NJ Environmental Commissions and Mt. Olive Open Space Committee.  Laura lives in Mt. Olive Township, Morris County.
