Old Barracks’ George Washington’s Birthday Contest

This February 22, George Washington turns 284 years old! Our First President did many great things, and we celebrate him in our everyday life – just look at any $1 bill! This year, the Old Barracks Museum invites all students in 4th and 5th grade to celebrate George Washington’s birthday through a drawing contest – and the lucky winners will even be invited to share some birthday cake with the Father of Our Country!
