Patrick Murray has been director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute since its founding in 2005. He is frequently called upon by national and regional media to provide commentary on polling and the political world. During federal election years, Murray also serves as a national exit poll analyst for a major news network. Murray has also appeared on numerous Power Lists of the most influential people in New Jersey politics. Born in Camden County, where his interest in the American Revolution was first sparked, Murray currently resides in Somerset County with his wife and two children.
