Happy Spring volunteers ! With the arrival of spring comes the inevitable task of the annual spring cleaning at the Joseph Turner House museum! This winter has been especially rough for the museum property, and so the Union Forge Heritage Association is looking to volunteers to help the trustees out for a couple hours on yard and house work to get the site in good shape for another busy year!
No need to RSVP…. the event will take place on Saturday, April 21 from 10AM to 2PM. Pizza and soda/water will be provided for lunch. Everyone at the Union Forge Heritage Association appreciates all of your support in helping create not only a great historical museum, but also a history farm with a rich past and a future created by a community of volunteers and supporters. New volunteers and ideas always welcome!
