Meet Francis Hopkinson

Stan Saperstein will perform a 45-minute one-man presentation as Francis Hopkinson, New Jersey Signer of the Declaration of Independence. Hopkinson, a member of the congressional Marine Committee, claimed that he had created the stars and stripes.
