The Old Barracks Museum in Trenton, New Jersey is a U-shaped stone structure built in 1758 to house British troops during the French and Indian Wars. Occupied by Hessian troops and Loyalists during the surprise attack on December 26, 1776, the restored Barracks carries on the role today of a top tourist attraction and educational site for learning about New Jersey’s remarkable role in the American Revolution.
