Congratulations to all of our Heritage Partners who received grants from the 1772 Foundation!
The 1772 Foundation and the New Jersey Historic Preservation Trust have awarded to 25 New Jersey organizations matching grants totaling $290,000. Grants were provided for exterior work: painting, surface restoration, fire/security systems, repairs to/restoration of porches, roofs and windows, repairs to foundations and sills, and chimney and masonry repointing. Individual grant amounts ranged from $2,038 to the grant maximum of $15,000. 11 of the 25 organizations received the maximum award amount.
