Crossroads and the New Jersey Historical Commission are pleased to offer an interactive two-hour workshop on heritage tourism trends conducted by heritage tourism expert Cheryl Hargrove, president/owner of HTC Partners, a division of Hargrove International, Inc.
In addition to learning about this important industry segment for New Jersey, we’ll explore how other destinations develop and promote heritage programs and activities, create desired immersive experiences, and attract different audiences to historic sites and attractions. You’ll also learn about the current assessment program of sites associated with the Revolution in New Jersey and how the findings will help the 250th planning partners – Crossroads and the New Jersey Historical Commission – prioritize strategies to preserve and promote these important sites for current and future travelers.
Choose one of two heritage tourism sessions:
July 9 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at NJM Insurance Group offices, 840 12th Street in Hammonton, NJ
or
