Crossroads’ featured heritage partner this week is the Hopewell Valley Historical Society. This society was formed in 1975 by a group of individuals interested in preserving the rich heritage of Hopewell Township, the Boroughs of Hopewell and Pennington, and the villages of Harbourton, Mt. Rose and Woodsville, located in Mercer County, NJ.
Their ongoing mission includes:
Collecting and preserving historical artifacts
Encouraging preservation of historic sites
Sponsoring interesting programs on history
Publishing an award winning newsletter
